This plugin is the most complete SEO solution that is available for WordPress.This  WordPress SEO plugin is used to improve on-page SEO.

With this plugin you can add custom post title, meta description, and meta keyword for our posts, pages, and taxonomies (tag, category, etc). 2. Simple URLs :
